What is a Health Coach?

A Health & Wellness Coach supports clients in discovering and activating internal strengths to make healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes. Health Coaching uses a client-centered approach where clients are in the driver seat. Together in a collaborative partnership, clients and coaches will curate goals, evaluate strengths and areas of growth, and work through setbacks to ensure the client is supported until the desired outcome is achieved.

How Does it Work?

As a Health and wellness coach, I support clients in creating healthier habits, navigating challenges, and achieving sustainable results in all aspects of their lives.  

During our 5 sessions together, we will explore different ideas and create attainable health goals. We will focus on your strengths a­nd values and I will help support you as your accountability partner. Together, we will work in a collaborative partnership to build personalized steps to improve your overall well-being.
