What is a Health Coach?

As your Health and Wellness Coach, I am here to support and guide you to make lasting change in your life. Together, we will work in a collaborative partnership to understand all aspects of your health. These aspects include physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual. We will take a step back and look at all the pieces of the pie that make your life whole and where you feel you want to make improvements. 


How Does it Work?

During our time together, we will explore different ideas and create attainable health goals. We will focus in on your strengths a­nd values and I will help support you as your accountability partner. This process may seem overwhelming or it might spark the fire you’ve been missing. Wherever you are on your health and wellness journey, this is a safe environment where you are welcome to express yourself and explore different thoughts and ideas. Together we will use our creativity to construct action steps in order to make sustainable change.

Coaching Sessions

Introduction Session

15 Minutes ​• Review what Health Coaching is and walk through the expectations of working together. See if Health Coaching is a right fit for you

Coaching Session #2

60 minutes • Explore a self-assessment of your current health. Begin creating your health and wellness vision

Coaching Session #3-5

30 minutes • Follow-up sessions. Typically weekly/biweekly. We will begin developing action steps to support your overall wellness goals

Closing Session

30 minutes • Final follow-up session. We will discuss takeaways and learnings from our time together, and set intentions for path forward
